Chief Operating Officer
Paul is a Metallurgical Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the resources industry and has held senior operations leadership roles across a range of commodities including metallurgical operations for nickel, cobalt, ferroalloys, lead, zinc and iron ore.
Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from Deakin University.
John holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the National Safety Council from Deakin University in South Australia; a Diploma in Business Studies from a Registered Training Organisation (TAFE) in Australia; a Graduate Certificate in Organisation Design from the Requisite Organisation Institute (Accredited by the George Washington University).
He has extensive corporate and operational experience in public companies within Australia and overseas in the capacity of General Manager, Organisational Development; Director of Productivity and Organisation Design.
John has a vast level of experience in the start-up of organisations, particularly in areas where the skills required are not readily available, and is successful at training local workforces to an international standard. He has worked in Indonesia, Canada, America, Laos, Africa and Australia. John speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
Warren is a senior level construction management professional with over 25 years of construction experience across a number of industries including oil & gas, mining & metals and the power industry sectors.
He has worked in Australia, China, Norway, Iceland, Oman, Qatar, The U.A.E. and the Philippines with extensive experience in the management of large multinational project teams.
Warren specialises in SMPE (Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical) projects and is highly regarded within the industry for his troubleshooting skills across several large scale technically complex projects.
Executive Assistant and Investor Management
Donna has worked within the Australian resources section for approaching 20 years in various capacities covering Contracts Management, Project Management, HR, and Site Administration Superintendent for a major manganese project and more recently as Administration Manager for an international HR group.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia.
Legal Advocate and
Government Liaison - Indonesia
Putri lives in Bandung near Jakarta and is a qualified notary.
Putri provides legal direction for the company and guides us through the relatively complex regulatory environment in Indonesia. Putri is also extensively networked in the capital and provides liaison with public and government officers.
Operational Manager – Indonesia
Louisa has worked within the oil/gas and banking sectors and with UNICEF as a field officer initially in Dili, Timor Leste followed by various other locations within East Nusa Tenggara.
Her area of experience covers financial, administration, procurement and human resources.
